Current Projects
Using the Laserfiche System, we are scanning all Town Council
Minutes, Ordinances and Resolutions. This allows us to quickly
search and find Ordinances and other Town Council documents.
Ultimately, this will allow patrons to access Town documents via a
computer terminal located in the Clerk-Treasurer's Office.
The Nashville Utilities billing cycle begins with meter reading
beginning around the 12th of the month. Bills are mailed on the
3rd of each month. Payments are due on or before the 20th of
each month and on the 21st, penalties are added. If payments
are not made in full on or before the 13th of the following month,
the service will be disconnected. Any questions about your bill,
beginning a new billing account or closing a billing account,
please contact Sharon at (812) 988-7064. For cost of services,
look under Administration & Utilities.
